1.1. “Agreement” means these Website Terms of Use.

1.3. “Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, patents, registered designs, trademarks (registered or not), trade secrets, database rights, service marks and all other intellectual property rights worldwide.
1.4. “Media” means notes, images, vectors or other visual media displayed on the Site.

the Hosting Portal (DirectAdmin) where customers manage their products (domains, hosting, SSL, and email),
the Client Portal at dashboard.rightwayhost.com (provided through Upmind) for account management, billing, and product oversight, and
such other URLs as may be designated by RightwayHost from time to time.
1.6. “Us”, “we”, or “our” means RightwayHost, registered in South Africa and providing services to international clients under ICANN accreditation and ISPA Code of Conduct.
1.7. “You” or “your” refers to the user, their employer, or any other party with authority to accept this Agreement.
1.8. “Third-Party Billing Systems” means external payment processors or billing platforms used by RightwayHost for processing transactions securely.
The Hosting Portal (DirectAdmin) is provided to allow customers to manage technical aspects of their services. Clients are responsible for ensuring correct configurations and timely renewals. RightwayHost is not liable for service loss caused by misconfigurations, expired services, or third-party gateway failures.
The Client Portal at dashboard.rightwayhost.com (provided through Upmind) provides account management, billing access, and product/service oversight. Availability of the portal is subject to standard maintenance and service updates. RightwayHost is not liable for downtime, data loss, or errors caused by Upmind’s systems.
Third-Party Billing Systems and Payment Gateways are used for processing transactions. While we take reasonable measures to ensure their accuracy and security, RightwayHost is not responsible for downtime, delays, or errors caused by these external systems.
